Who we are
Kitfinch is a software comparison site for small service businesses, published by Bynevo Labs SASU (Paris, France). We currently cover plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, landscapers, dentists, salons & spas, and restaurants, with 66 tools across scheduling, invoicing, payroll, phones, reviews, websites and more. Our first market is the United States.
Who reads Kitfinch
Owners and office managers of small service businesses, usually 1 to 50 people, who are choosing or replacing the software they run the business on. They arrive from search and AI assistants with a concrete question: which tool fits my trade, and what will it cost?
Kitfinch launched in 2026. We share traffic and click figures with partners on request once they are meaningful, and we do not publish estimates.
How we cover a product
- A tool page with what the product covers, its strengths and drawbacks.
- Prices read on the vendor's own pricing page, with the date we checked them. We never show a price we cannot link to.
- Head-to-head comparisons and trade guides that pick one tool per job to be done.
Picks and rankings follow our published methodology. Whether a vendor has an affiliate program never changes them.
Where affiliate links appear
On tool pages, pricing pages, comparisons and trade guides. Every outbound affiliate link goes through a tracked redirect marked rel="sponsored", and the site carries an advertiser disclosure.
We do not sell sponsored posts, paid placements or rankings, and we do not bid on vendor brand terms in paid search.
What we ask of a partner program
- Commission structure and cookie window.
- Approved traffic sources and any brand-bidding rules.
- Which pricing and plan details we may display.
- Brand guidelines, if you have them.
