Who is responsible

What we record

When you click a link to a vendor, we record which tool, which page and which button it came from, and the time of the click. We don't attach that record to your name, email address or IP address. We use it to see which pages are useful and, for affiliate links, to match commissions to pages. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and funding the site.

What we don't do

• The public site sets no cookies of its own.
• The quiz runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or saved.
• We don't sell or share personal information.

Other parties

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. When you follow a link to a vendor, that vendor's own privacy policy applies on its site, including any affiliate tracking it uses.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of personal data about you, and to data portability. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; in France this is the CNIL (cnil.fr).

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
